2024 Hair/Makeup Artist Registration

DECLARATION: In consideration for providing hair and/or makeup services during the Miss Arizona USA/Teen USA pageant Weekend (May 26, 27, 2024), I agree: • To bring the equipment needed, including hair styling products and accessories, makeup and accessories, additional mirrors and lighting needing along with a power strip and extension cord. (The Pageant will provide electrical outlets, chair, and workstation) • To ahere to the designated times and locations set forth by Casting Crowns Productions, Inc. • That there are inherent risks of injury • I knowingly assume those risks and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Casting Crowns Productions, Britt Powell, Brandon Stauffer, the Higley Center for the Performing Arts and staff, and/or the Miss Universe and Miss USA Organizations for all injuries/illnesses sustained, and/or products/equipment damage, except those caused by the sponsoring director’s sole negligence.
